Kforce has a client seeking a hybrid Store Systems Project Coordinator in Atlanta, GA.
Key Tasks:
Store Systems Project Coordinator will lead project work streams to ensure projects are executed within budget and timeline
Identifies and engages all key stakeholders, contributors and business and technical resources that must participate in a project
Developing collaboration with business partners, IT teams, and vendors is essential for the success of any projects
Prioritize technical issues and organize the response to resolve them effectively
Facilitate and lead crucial meetings involving various departments and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the requirements and priorities of the IT department
Efficiently manage deployment steps, delegate tasks, and keep team members informed of project updates
As a Store Systems Project Coordinator, you will maintain a high-level understanding of store construction, network provisioning, and store systems configuration processes
Support ad hoc Store Systems projects, including equipment requests and technology deliverables
Obtain feedback for continuous improvement in execution techniques and processes
Stay current on technical and professional developments affecting the area of responsibility
Perform other duties and projects as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
University or College degree in Computer Science or related field, with 5 years of working within the Retail and Hospitality industry
Project Management Institution (PMI) certification or similar certification, preferred
At least 3-4 years of experience IT project management
Experience with store-related technology deployment projects - POS, Self-Checkout, Self-Ordering Kiosk, Mobile Order Solutions, etc.
Excellent skills in planning, organizing, technical task/project management tracking/reporting, and leading cross functional work efforts
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Go-Getter attitude
Strong Microsoft Suite skills - Excel in particular
Ability to work collaboratively and independently
Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
Adaptable to company direction and culture
Encourages creative thinking and innovation
Demonstrates integrity and establishes trust

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
