Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager III in Duarte, CA.
Responsibilities:
Project Manager III will engage actively in operational meetings across revenue cycle departments to pinpoint both technical and operational enhancement opportunities
Skillfully document workflows using Visio, capturing both operational and technical dimensions
Develop comprehensive training materials and presentations for leadership
Collaborate with the IT department to gather detailed build information, analyzing options and identifying viable opportunities
As a Project Manager III, you will examine denial information from payers, determine root causes, and propose actions for performance improvement
This role demands a candidate who can seamlessly bridge the gap between technical solutions and operational execution to drive meaningful improvements in our revenue cycle processes
REQUIREMENTS:
Not just Epic-certified, but also deeply involved in operational aspects of revenue cycle management
Project Manager with profound analytical skills and extensive knowledge of Epic systems
The ideal candidate should have substantial operational experience within hospital revenue cycles, specifically in Patient Finance, Health Information Management (HIM), and Access-with a strong preference for experience in Access
Prior experience in hospital settings is crucial; We will not consider candidates with only physician office experience
IT experience is valuable, but cannot replace the necessity for hands-on operational expertise in a hospital environment
Experience in developing training documentation and creating presentations for leadership
Ability to document workflows using Visio that encompass both operational and technical perspectives
Effective communication skills for collaborating with IT departments and interpreting detailed build information
Capability to analyze payer denial information, identify root causes, and suggest performance improvements
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
