We are looking for a Site Coordinator who must have:
Bachelor's in human services, social work, criminology, or closely related field; Masters preferred.
Minimum of 2 years related experience in the area of human services, child welfare, or juvenile justice (Required)
At least 1 year in a supervisory capacity
Must have a valid drivers license, ability to use a personal vehicle for work purposes, and appropriate vehicle insurance.
The qualified candidate will be able to perform the following tasks:
Oversees the intakes, case management, and therapeutic work with youth and families, including client related case management decision and therapeutic interventions, as needed.
Participates in community activities in order to promote the SNAP® Program and to build collaboration with community partners.
Provides services as needed that may include assisting parents and professionals.
