Community Association Legal Assistant



A national law firm seeks a Community Association Legal Assistant to join their Tampa, FL offive.


The Community Association Legal Assistant is responsible for assigned attorney's scheduling and calendaring, processing attorney's expense reports and time entry, assisting attorneys with creating, editing, revising and the finalizing of documents including but not limited to letters, memos, amendments, mechanic lien packages, addendums, covenant enforcement letters, general contracts, etc., will preparing annual and special meeting notice packages and perform corporate searches and work around the State, Florida's Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) and Property Appraiser's Websites.


Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or related field required, Bachelor's Degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred.


A minimum of 3 years related experience in a law firm of corporate legal department environment required.
