Specific Responsibilities

• Source diverse technical candidates with a security clearance using traditional and non-traditional sourcing techniques and methods such as job posting, data mining of internet job boards; search engines; social media sites; cold calling targeted candidates and companies; networking through professional associations, user groups, and list servs; competitor research, employee/candidate referrals and alumni; along with internal mobility.
• Continually evaluate and apply new sourcing methodologies to actively identify, cultivate, and grow target candidate pools of top talent.
• Delivers available, diverse, qualified sourcing pools for recruiters to screen
• Conduct market and competitor research; gather intel through prospect contact and share with the team for action.
• Source, engage and recruit passive talent by researching, creating, and executing creative sourcing strategies
• Screen and qualify prospective candidates
• Create and maintain a diverse pipeline of cleared talent by sourcing and recruiting nationwide using applicable tools (e.g., ATS tools, social media campaigns, hiring events, etc.) to find the best talent that meets business needs.
• Track leads/candidates and maintain data integrity within applicant tracking and candidate management system
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 3+ years of technical recruiting/sourcing experience in federal contracting in support of the DoD and the Intelligence Community
• Demonstrated technical sourcing experience with proven sourcing capabilities to provided candidates with a minimum of a Secret security clearance via (Boolean search techniques, use of internet search engines and advanced recruiting on various platforms).
• Ability to develop, deliver and execute on sourcing strategies.
• Experience with forecasting to develop candidate pipelines.
• Proven track record with sourcing technical skillsets such as software engineers, systems administrators, cyber, Intel and physical security positions
• Proven ability to partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand technical requirements of roles to qualify external candidates.
• Demonstrated experience in core sourcing skills (job requirements gathering, technical sourcing, social media, cold calling, phone screening).
• Demonstrated experience working in a high-volume environment and delivering quality pipelines of candidates under very tight timelines.
• Demonstrated ATS/CRM (applicant tracking system/customer relationship management) experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Proven organizational skills with attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and a sense of personal accountability
• An ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
• Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
