This Research Program Coordinator will be involved in all aspects of research for the Aging Brain Cohort (ABC), a USC-sponsored project focusing on brain health across the lifespan. This includes participant screening, enrollment, collection of behavioral data, as well as support of MRI and EEG data acquisition. The ABC project has a strong language component and the Research Program Coordinator will administer the testing battery as well as train and supervise students in test administration. They will work closely with a team of faculty, students, and staff to both maintain the research data and disseminate research findings.
Requires a bachelor's degree and 1 or more years of experience, which may be substituted by equivalent combination of certification, training, education, and/or experience.
Research experience or clinical experience with adult populations, Data management, familiarity with neuroimaging techniques a plus (eeg/MRI).
Competent computer skills with basic packages including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, willingness to learn new things and to work well in a team environment, and attention to detail Task oriented individual. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required for this role.
Cognitive, language, and behavioral assessment administration and scoring while adhering to the IRB-approved research protocol. This will include managing incoming participants, coordination, scheduling of appointments, and maintenance of records in both online databases (e.g. REDCap) and knowledge repositories (e.g. Dropbox).

Provide training and supervision for all students working with the Aging Brain Cohort project.
