Job Description:

Ferguson, North America’s leading value-added distributor, is seeking motivated individuals to join their Sales Support Program. This role involves assisting HVAC customers with sales functions, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Support HVAC customer group with sales-related tasks
• Address customer inquiries, provide product recommendations, and resolve concerns
• Assist customers at the parts counter and provide backup support in the warehouse
• Present job quotes and provide accurate pricing and inventory information
• Utilize CRM system and phone system effectively
• Collaborate with Sales associates to deliver outstanding customer service

Pay Range

$17.77 - $29.92

Qualifications:

• 0-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred
• Strong desire to learn and succeed
• Ability to build and maintain relationships while meeting business objectives
• Quick decision-making ability and responsiveness to customer needs
• General digital literacy, including Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
