Job Description:

 Ferguson, North America’s leading value-added distributor, seeks a Technical Sales Support Representative to join the sales team focusing on HVAC products. Reporting directly to the branch manager, this role involves providing technical assistance, managing customer relationships, and supporting the sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Support the outside sales team.
• Manage relationships with Internal and External customers.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with technical guidance.
• Interact and develop relationships with key vendors.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support quotations.
• Build trust within the district through solid relationships.
• Continuously learn and train on products.
• Provide hands-on assistance as needed, including parts counter and warehouse support.

Pay Range

$17.77 - $28.42

Qualifications:

• Preferably 1-3 years of technical sales experience.
• HVAC or wholesale industry experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quick learning ability.
• High integrity in problem-solving.
• Organizational and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency in operating computers, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
