Job Description:

Inside Sales Rep


$20/hour +Commision ($2k average permonth)


As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing sales deals over the phone and via email. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales aptitude, and a passion for exceeding targets and goals.


Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate new sales leads through outbound calls, emails, and other sales techniques.


• Qualify leads and assess their needs to determine the appropriate solutions/products to offer.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.


• Close sales deals and achieve monthly sales targets and quotas.


• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products/services.


• Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system.


• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.


• Provide exceptional customer service and support to address any inquiries or concerns from customers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in an inside sales or telemarketing role.


• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.


• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.


• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.


• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.


• Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
