Job Description:

Clean Earth, a leading specialty waste company, is hiring a Crusher Plant Operator in Loudon, NH. The role involves operating the pre-processing and crushing plant, performing facility maintenance, cleaning, and sorting material. This position requires working outdoors in various weather conditions and may include overtime and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Operate construction or power equipment such as mechanized broom, Skid Steer, High Reach (man lift), and Water Truck.
• Perform general equipment maintenance and compliance tasks.
• Sort through soil and rocks to remove debris by hand or using conveyors.
• Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment.
• Clean equipment, materials, and removal of soil and debris.
• Assist other crew members with soil screeners and rock crushing.
• Safely use a variety of tools such as hand tools, grinders, saws, etc.

Hours: Full-time, flexible schedule including overtime and weekends

Pay: Competitive, with additional benefits including health insurance, life insurance, disability plans, and a 401k with company matching. Also includes a $1000 sign-on bonus paid out in equal amounts at 45 and 90 days.

Qualifications:

• Preferred Qualifications:
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Experience in operating small and heavy equipment.
• Experience working on processing and/or construction sites.
• Safety-first mentality.
