They are seeking a Construction Manager to oversee the activities of regional Beneficial Use Facilities, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining a safe work environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage Clean Earth Northeastern Beneficial Use Facilities, including approval, receipt, delivery, maintenance, and staff/equipment utilization.
Oversee operations and maintenance activities for project locations.
Manage a team of supervisors, hourly staff, and subcontractors.
Ensure a safe work environment and compliance with regulations.
Generate reports for senior management and regulatory agencies.
Maintain positive relationships with regulatory agencies.
Ensure facility compliance, transportation logistics, and profitability.
Recommend new work practices and equipment upgrades.
Communicate company programs and initiatives to employees.
Qualifications:
Basic Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in environmental/civil engineering, environmental science, or business management recommended.
8+ years’ experience in facility operations, with at least 5 years in a supervisory capacity.
Experience in the operation of treatment, processing, recycling, and/or transfer facilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to plan, supervise, and motivate teams.
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and presentation skills.
