Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in civil engineering. Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida. Proven experience leading and managing civil engineering projects. Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and methods. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Proficient in civil engineering software and tools. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in sustainable and eco-friendly engineering practices. Active involvement in professional civil engineering societies or organizations.
