A very busy ENT Clinic looking to hire a Clinical Audiologist to provide audiology and vestibular care to our patients. The ideal candidate would be proficient in all aspects of Clinical Audiology, Vestibular Diagnostics and Hearing Aid Sales. The candidate should be eager to provide care to our patients, willing to travel between locations and have advanced communication skills.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Biloxi, MS for an Audiologist at Coastal ENT Associates. The Audiologist will be responsible for providing diagnostic and rehabilitative services to patients with hearing and balance disorders. The Audiologist will conduct assessments, evaluate test results, recommend and fit hearing aids, and educate patients on hearing conservation and communication strategies. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with patients and healthcare professionals.
Reviewing patient history and responsible to perform audiological examinations.
The Audiologist will be responsible for the full cycle of Hearing Aid Care. The Audiologist will perform Hearing Aid evaluations and fittings, as well as education, sales and repairs.
The Audiologist will be responsible to perform Vestibular Assessments and Diagnostic Testing as ordered by physicians.
Participation in community events and referral source communication and marketing.
Provides complete documentation of services in EMR system.
Qualifications
Master's or Doctoral degree in Audiology
Valid state license in Audiology
Knowledge of diagnostic and rehabilitative audiology procedures and equipment
Experience performing hearing assessments and fitting hearing aids
