Your role
As our Digital Experience Analyst, you will report to the Global Director of Digital Workplace Experience and be a key strategic member of our global team. This role will work cross-functionally across our digital organization supporting projects, activities and events with a focus on digital satisfaction, providing analytical and creative solutions to improve digital experiences of our client's people by connecting the dots between technology and our internal stakeholders.

Microsoft Intune experience
What you'll do:
As the Digital Experience Analyst, you will help us understand and improve the adoption of and effective usage of digital experience platforms including Microsoft 365 and ServiceNow by performing quantitative and qualitative analysis. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop training and awareness materials, including user guides, tutorials, and videos, and lead and enable global adoption champions to conduct training sessions. You will help our team stay updated on the latest technology advancements by testing new solutions or features, which will in some cases include leading focus/testing groups, to analyze new solutions and provide summary of benefits and implementation requirements. Using your creative design skills, you will improve our digital image by designing engaging, concise, easy-to-understand and on-brand PowerPoint presentations, SharePoint sites, digital communications, and training materials.
