Supports the processing of New Business Replacement & 1035 requests. Analyzes customer requests to determine appropriate course of action. Accurately processes and reconciles highly complex, and functionalized transactions in a manner that meets or exceeds World Class standards. Adheres to production, quality, and service standards, including flexibility to accommodate varied work schedules. May also review calculations to verify and obtain policy values and or determine tax implications. Provides technical expertise to business partners and should be proficient on the phone. Knowledge of life insurance products and terminology suggested. Incumbent should have experience in operations, production roles, or similar environment.

• This position is slated to be Hybrid, 2 days a week, out of Jacksonville, FL, Minneapolis, MN, Newark, NJ, or Fort Washington, PA.

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $46,200.00 to $68,900.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
