As an Account Executive, you will be a crucial driving force in our quest for growth!  Your passion for sales & innovation will help us continue to improve and iterate how we operate.  In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Account Development Representatives as well as Customer Success, Logistics, and Operations, ensuring a seamless process end to end for our clients.

Our most successful Account Executives have a passion for understanding the needs of our customers and a knack for pulling together the core elements of the Swag.com offering to provide a best-in-class experience to support these customers in placing their orders on the site.  Team members must be comfortable working in a dynamic environment and have the ability and desire to implement new ideas and processes with an open mind. 

An ideal candidate will be highly motivated, excited about working with customers to help them get the products they want, and inspired by the potential to identify opportunities to revolutionize how we’re selling and operating today.  In addition, a successful candidate will have:


  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, multi-channel sales closing role


  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing a great end-to-end customer experience and high-quality service


  • Passion for sales, and helping get customers across the finish line!


  • Strong organizational and time management skills


  • Ability to multi-task while being detail-oriented


  • Collaborative teammate with strong communication skills and a desire to innovate


  • Tech savvy and comfortable operating on online platforms


  • Familiarity with and experience using a CRM


  • Passion for taking initiative and getting things done


  • Must physically reside in any of the following Swag.com state presences: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, IL, KY, MA, NJ, NY, OH, PA, SC, TX, VA, VT, WA


What you’ll do: 

As an Account Executive at Swag.com, you’ll be working directly with inbound, qualified customers, charged with inspiring their confidence in purchasing from Swag.com through:


  • Trustworthy Consulting: You will be holding meetings with qualified, inbound customers in order to educate them on Swag.com, build value in our offering, and persuade them to use Swag.com as their preferred swag vendor - with the goal of “closing the deal” by having them check out on our website.


  • Applying and Iterating on our Sales Process: By first adhering to our sales process, you’ll learn the ropes and get comfortable with our systems. From there, we expect our top Account Executives to iterate and improve our processes as this is an uncapped commission role.


  • Team Synergy: Collaborating is key to success here. Working closely with our Account Development Representatives, you will be the trusted advisor who effectively keeps track of and manages their own pipeline of qualified sales leads.


  • Adaptability and Embracing Change: Our industry is ever-evolving, and your enthusiasm for change will be imperative. We value the fresh perspective you bring to the table and look forward to seeing you drive innovation.


  • Providing WOW experiences that support long-term customer loyalty & growth through your interactions with them.


  • Strong internal communication and collaboration:  You’ll be working closely with many of our internal teams, including the broader Sales Team, Customer Success, Operations, and Logistics.

The annual starting base salary for this position is $60,000. Variable compensation is also provided and is based on sales performance and is uncapped.

How you’ll be measured:

The key measures of success for this position are:


  • Sales conversion rates of qualified leads to Closed Won deals


  • Overall order counts


  • Revenue totals


  • Customer communications and contact rates


  • Effective pipeline management in our CRM


  • Effective communication and coordination across teams
