The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a Campaign Marketing Manager for revenue cycle solutions, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:


  • Leading the planning, design, and execution of marketing campaigns to promote some of the most impactful solutions in the highly competitive healthcare revenue cycle market.

  • Collaborating closely with product marketing, digital marketing, and marketing communications teams to develop integrated marketing programs to effectively reach hospital and health system decision makers.

  • Partnering with our tradeshow team to elevate the strategy and execution of our event marketing efforts and incorporate events strategy as an integral part of marketing campaigns to drive direct audience engagement and lead generation.

  • Aligning campaign efforts with marketing plans to directly support business strategy and objectives.

  • Analyzing campaign performance metrics for continuous optimization of marketing mix and messaging

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher AND five (5) years of campaign marketing experience

OR
  • High School Diploma/GED from AND nine (9) years of campaign marketing experience

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:


  • Two (2) years of marketing or related roles within the healthcare IT industry

  • Track record of successfully leading, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns from concept to completion

  • Strong project management experience

  • B2B campaign and event planning management experience

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:


  • Master's of Business Administration degree in marketing from an accredited institution

  • Five (5) years of healthcare marketing in a private, public, government or military environment

  • Understanding of revenue cycle and reimbursement in the U.S. healthcare system

  • Familiarity with health IT commercialization

  • Proficiency with marketing analytics including attribution and ROI

  • Skills include the ability to rapidly master complex issues, strong communication and presentation abilities, strong organization, effective collaboration, and strategic decision making.

Work location: Remote

Travel: May include up to 20% domestic

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $160,284 - $195,903, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
