Salesforce SME- Remote at Sierra7 in Falls Church, Virginia

Job Description:

The Salesforce, SME will create Project and Product Artifacts baselined and versioned in the VA approved repository to allow the tool to show active and past histories of the check-ins and check-outs of all software components, data, and software project engineering documents.

Position Responsibilities:

Maintain all baselines of software, software builds, and electronic artifacts in the repository, labeling updates, and versions according to CM procedures.
Implement the most current Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) based Change Management process that is aligned to Government project change management tools/ processes and incorporates industry best practices, including supporting tools, templates, and governance structures.
Manage the Program Change Request Records in a Program Change Management Tool.
Notify VA of proposed program changes for assessment in accordance with the agreed Change Management Process and templates.
Provide Technical Expertise
Provides guidance and supervision to daily support staff.
