ECS is seeking a Cloud Project Oversight Specialist to work Remotely.
Job Description:
This position identifies project goals, objectives and scope, and creates project plan/documentation that outlines the tasks, timelines, and resources required. Communicates with the project team and stakeholders, manages risks and issues, and monitors progress to ensure that the project stays on track. Provides reporting to upper management regarding status of the project. Overall understand of cloud terminology and cloud project management.
Roles Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate multiple projects to ensure projects are completed on-time
Organize and plan project tasks and schedules
Communicate project status to stakeholders and key project participants
Facilitate collaboration across departments to ensure projects are completed successfully
Delegate work to team members based on skill and expertise
Create presentations and reports to communicate project status
Address questions and concerns throughout the project
Keep application development team focused on the tasks needed to support the end goal
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and decompose high-level information into details
Work with functional leads to transform and develop new requirements into designs and implementation
Develop, maintain, and perform processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity in platform applications
Create and maintain workflows, approval processes, and validation rules based on internal stakeholder requirements
Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000

Required Skills:
US Citizen or Green Card holder and must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Cloud project management
Understanding of Cloud computing terminology
Understanding of main Cloud providers (AWS, Azure (preferred), GoogleCloud)
Understanding of deployment modules (public, private, hybrid)
Understanding of Cloud security risks, compliance, and scalability
Understanding of Data Governance
Experience with Software development lifecycle, Agile Project Management using VersionOne software
Proficient in managing cross functional teams
Proven working experience in project management
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent client-facing and internal communications skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills and attention to detail
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, which includes Visio and Teams
Experience with project management software tools
Able to work independently
Desired Skills:
Bachelor's degree in project management, computer science, information technology, or related fields, preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
