Description: Our client is currently seeking a Talent & Strategy Lead

Required Qualifications, US:

• 10+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• 7 + years of technology resource or capacity planning experience


• Talent and skills strategy planning


• Familiarity with talent and workforce planning in an agile environment


• Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders.


• Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals.


• Ability to drive and lead organizational change in a dynamic environment.


• Advanced level leadership, communication, relationship building, negotiating, and influencing skills.


• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365
