Description:
One of our clients in the manufacturing industry is looking to hire an Electrical Engineer. Full-time, direct hire position.


Fully onsite in Marlborough, MA


Salary: 90k-100k + equity and bonus


Job Summary


The Electrical Engineer is responsible for working under a team of engineers to assist in developing control electronics used in peripherals of fiber based lasers and optical amplifier products.


In this role you will:


Support of New Product Development and existing products


Specifications, Documentation and implementation of designs


Updating and maintaining existing designs


Manufacturing test and calibration support along with system debugging


Requirements


BS or MS degree in electrical engineering or related science


2 - 5 years circuit design or relevant experience


Controls Systems or Motor Control experience


Demonstrate excellent technical writing skills and the ability to provide high quality engineering documents.


Strong communication skills required for interaction within group, with internal customers, R&D, and European colleagues.


Experience in One or More Areas a Plus:


Circuit Design is KEY. Allegro Cadence would be a bonus but any major Circuit Design software is sufficient.
