Description:
Our client is seeking a night shift Production Supervisor in Indiana. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day supervision of an assigned team of employees to perform tasks in a food manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:

- Collaborative Excellence: Forge strong partnerships within departmental lines, working together to achieve collective team objectives.

- Accountability Champion: Drive a sense of individual accountability and ownership, encouraging our team members to deliver outstanding results.
- Performance Oversight: Foster accountability among direct reports, covering crucial aspects such as safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Policy and Procedure Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to our company's policies and procedures, promoting a culture of compliance.
Requirements:
- Open to night shift (12 hours/3-2-2-3)
- Prior experience in food manufacturing is essential, showcasing your industry knowledge and adaptability.
- Strong leadership experience is highly preferred, reflecting your ability to inspire and lead a team effectively.
- Past involvement in labor planning and scheduling is a valuable asset, highlighting your organizational and planning skills.
