Job Description:

Location: REMOTE

Salary: $100,000.00 USD Annually - $140,000.00 USD Annually

Description: Job Summary: The Network Engineer is a key member of our IT shared services team, responsible for supporting the network infrastructure across our portfolio of privately held companies. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the stability, security, and performance of our network environment


This job will have the following responsibilities:

Network Support:

• 
  


• Provide technical support for existing Cisco infrastructure deployments.


• Troubleshoot network issues, resolve escalated tickets, and participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support

Network Design and Optimization:

• 
  


• Lead the design of the overall network layout, ensuring scalability and efficiency.


• Monitor IOS versions and schedule updates as needed.


• Implement industry best practices to enhance network resiliency and performance.

Configuration Management:

• 
  


• Design, test, and deploy Cisco configuration templates.


• Document network configurations and maintain process documentation.

Health & Safety:

• 
  


• Prioritize health and safety by adhering to policies and processes at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 
  


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.


• Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP) preferred.


• Proven experience in network engineering and troubleshooting.


• Strong knowledge of Cisco technologies, including routers, switches, and firewalls.


• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
