The NVIDIA Legal team is seeking IP Litigation Counsel to be part of a dynamic and growing legal team. NVIDIA's Legal Department operates at the intersection of law and technology. We provide legal solutions impacting some of the most important trends in technology, including artificial intelligence, graphics, and high-performance computing. As a team, we engage with engineers and management on a vast array of legal issues across the world.

What you'll be doing:

• Partnering with the legal team and management on our IP litigation matters.
  
  


• Managing a portion of our IP litigation and pre-litigation activities.
  
  


• Negotiating license and settlement agreements.
  
  

What we need to see:

• A J.D. degree and license to practice law in California.
  
  


• 4+ years of experience in U.S. federal IP litigation.
  
  


• Strong written and oral advocacy.
  
  


• Technical expertise in computer hardware and software.
  
  


• Excellent judgment and case management skills.
  
  

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Judicial clerkship and trial experience preferred.
  
  


• Engineering degree or equivalent experience is a plus.

The base salary range is 188,000 USD - 287,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
