Job Description:

As a Sr. Sales Ops Engineer at Triyam, you will serve as a pivotal technical resource in driving the success of our Data Archival Solutions, reporting directly to Triyam’s VP of Software Solutions. You will act as a bridge between sales and operations, actively participating in customer discovery and providing expert guidance on the solution that is the best fit for each client. You will also support the sales team during product demonstrations and provide expert technical guidance throughout our customers’ implementation phase. By leveraging your expertise in healthcare data management and technical acumen, you will contribute to Triyam's mission of transforming healthcare data management and delivering unparalleled value to our clients.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
1. Technical resource for Data Migration, Extraction, Archive and Analysis:
• Collaborate with sales, implementation and project management teams on pre-implementation scoping and optimizing successful implementations.
• Provide expert technical guidance throughout the data migration, extraction, and archival processes, ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
2. Technical resource in product demonstrations:
• Participate in product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Triyam’s solutions to potential clients.
• Effectively communicate the technical capabilities and benefits of our solutions, helping to drive sales and revenue growth.
3. Healthcare Enterprise Data Specialist:
• Utilize your expertise in healthcare enterprise data to provide recommendations and guidance on the best solution to be offered to each client.
• Provide consultative approach for data retention requirements.
• Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in healthcare data discussions with clients and internal stakeholders.
Minimum qualifications:
1.
Demonstrated experience in technical sales support, sales engineering, or a similar role, preferably within the healthcare IT industry.
2.
Strong understanding of database architecture, Azure storage architecture, and data integration concepts.
3.
Proficiency in analyzing and handling various data sources, including relational databases, flat files, HL7, XML, and JSON.
4.
Experience with data retention frameworks and best practices in healthcare.
5.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
6.
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
7.
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and driving customer success.
