About this opportunity:



The Supervisor, Rotating Equipment role is responsible for the safe and efficient execution of Millwright Craft (Pump Mechanic) maintenance work in their assigned area. The role works closely with an Operations Area Team to determine the prioritization, planning, scheduling, and execution of rotating related work. The role is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of Maintenance craft employees in the rotating discipline, including setting up the work crews and providing support during the shift as needed.



What you'll do:


  • Responsible for the safe and efficient execution of Rotating Equipment maintenance work.

  • Responsible for the direct supervision of maintenance employees in the Rotating Equipment discipline.

  • Work closely with the Maintenance Execution Manager to assist in setting up crews, workforce planning and scheduling, feedback on performance management and daily direction of Rotating Craft workers and contractors.


Who you are:

  • High School diploma required.

  • Work experience dependent on education:

  • 10 years relevant work experience with a high school diploma, or

  • 5 years relevant work experience with an associate degree/Technical Trade Apprenticeship, or

  • 3 years relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree.

  • Ability to exhibit supervisory skills in directing, appraising, counseling, and coaching employees.
