Tetra Tech AMT is looking for a Journeyman Program Analyst
Primary job duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
Monitor and track project requests, approvals, and progress
Prepare various status reports on a consistent basis for internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate project updates with stakeholders
Set up and run web meetings for clients and stakeholders
Conduct routine data analysis, normalization and evaluation to ensure quality and discover anomalies
Maintain Tableau dashboards and maintain and create reporting metrics and trends based on client requirements
Support requirements gathering and develop requirements documents (e.g. business, functional, technical) and Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM) as necessary
Support System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process through issue tracking, data validation efforts, problem report review activities, test plan activities, and participating in configuration control boards (CCB)
Support user testing of various client software tools
Develop training documents/user guides, and conduct end user training
Document, disseminate, and track meeting minutes, notes, and action items
Coordinate, schedule, and arrange meetings
Create business process/data flow diagrams
Maintain internal client SharePoint site and Teams channels
Prepare materials for program briefings and presentations as necessary
Develop a detailed project schedule and Work Breakdown Structure
Record and track ticket updates in issue tracking software, such as Jira
Accomplish most tasks independently, with general supervision
The successful candidate will have:
Must have 5+ years of experience performing qualitative and quantitative analyses, including, but not limited to: project planning and execution, life cycle acquisition management and planning, risk analysis and mitigation plan development
Advanced proficiency in the use of industry standard office software and applications (MS Office, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, etc.)
Advanced proficiency with MS Excel to create pivot tables, macros, perform comparisons, and other functions (e.g. XLOOKUP, IF/THEN statements, etc.)
Demonstrated experience with work breakdown structures, cost accounting principles, schedule development and analysis, earned value measurement, and technical performance measurement
Experience building and maintaining Tableau or PowerBI dashboards is preferred
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
Background in Data Science, Statistics, or related degree preferred
Salary Range: $65,000 to $75,000 annually. Compensation is based on relevant experience and qualifications.
