We are looking for a   Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our Lancaster, PA team!

Hours : Monday- Friday, 11:00 am-7:00 pm
Shipping and Receiving Clerk Pay Range:  $20-$22 per hour, based on experience

Core Contributions:

General:

• Answering and directing incoming phone calls.
• Greeting and assisting drivers/customers.
• Confirming and coordinating pickups and deliveries.
• Typing correspondence and communications.
• Scheduling freight pickups and maintaining a safe work environment.

• Preparing orders for shipment.
• Selecting shipping methods and carriers.
• Affixing shipping labels and documentation.
• Loading trucks and containers.
• Generating shipping paperwork and maintaining inventory.

• Scheduling and managing incoming shipments.
• Unloading and inspecting received goods.
• Recording discrepancies and coordinating with purchasing.
• Processing receipts and maintaining documentation.

• Managing specific plant transfer paperwork.
• Overseeing deliveries and ensuring procedures are followed.
• Handling shipping and processing for specific brands or departments.

Essential Experiences:

• High School Diploma or GED, or 4+ years of machine operator/manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years of experience in shipping and administrative duties.
• 1+ years' experience of fork truck experience.
