The injection molding manufacturer of polyethylene pipe fittings sitelocated in Bloomfield, IA is seeking full-time employees for Molding Operator positions.

Available positions require the ability to work safely in a team-oriented environment. The Molding Department operates 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off, 12 hours a day 4:00 am - 4:00 pm Day shift, 4:00 pm - 4:00 am Night shift. Overtime may be required. Applicants must be 18 years or older, high school education or GED is required in addition to a valid driver's license.

We are looking for detail-oriented candidates who have a demonstrated work history of shift work, in addition to working injury free and following workplace/plant safety practices and procedures. Experience in a manufacturing environment-injection molding process experience a plus.

Job duties include but not limited to:
  • Work in a safe manner
  • Keep safety as a core value thru teamwork and participation
  • Participate in daily safety routines (both as an individual and team member)
  • Operate injection molding machines and secondary machining process equipment
  • Use mechanical lifting assist to remove parts from injection molding machines
  • Rotate parts through water bath or cooling rotation
  • Inspect, tag, bag, box cooled parts and place on pallet, conveyor or in bins
Successful candidates will need the following qualifications:
  • General knowledge and experience using various types of hand tools
  • Basic computer and math skills
  • Proficient in communicating in English language (both verbal and written)
  • Capable of lifting approximately 20 lbs. without an assist
  • Capable of standing for long periods of time on concrete flooring
Pre-employment and on-going testing include controlled substances, physical, background check, audiogram and vision.

Entry level pay rate is $ 19.33/hr. with progressive increases starting after a 120-day probationary period is reached and is successful.
