Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's client in the Downtown Milwaukee, WI area is looking for Senior Accountant. The company offers services in an exciting industry and has a fun team atmosphere.

Key Tasks:

• Senior Accountant will report to the Owner


• Perform General Bookkeeping/Accounting duties such as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Monthly Close

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred; Would be open to someone with solid related experience


• Certified Public Accountant


• 8+ years of experience


• Proven experience as the primary or sole financial expert at an organization


• Experience in QuickBooks or similar programs


• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations


• Proficiency in MS Excel


• Working Conditions: In office

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
