Full Time: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. M-F




ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Assist with the daily tasks associated with Debit Card processing/ATM cash settlement. Examples include:


  • Reviewing reports and making entries via OTE/paper tickets as applicable.
  • Assist locations with bank serviced ATMs with proper settlement.
  • Review of reports to assist with ATM cash orders and ATM cash reconciliation.
  • Creation of ATM settlement folders a machines are settled to ensure proper reconciliation.
  • Assist with placement and monitoring of ATM cash orders.


Daily review of bank issued Cashier's Checks/Money Orders in Positive Pay system.


  • Confirmation that items presented for payment are valid. This will include working with issuing bank locations to receive approval to pay items.
  • Identification and return of fraudulent items presented for payment.

Perform other job related duties and special projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

Applicant should possess superior customer service abilities.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Exceptional problem solving skills.

Applicant should be computer literate and capable of adapting quickly to changing software environments. This qualification encompasses the ability to comprehend and act upon technical instructions from vendors and team members as they relate to the functionality of the software.

Applicant should have proven task management skills and be able to readily adapt to change.

Regular attendance and punctuality is an essential function of the job.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

Previous teller and/or CSR experience.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Constant use of computer screens and reading of reports.

Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear.

Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching to file materials.

Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday.

Long periods of typing and repetitive motion.

Ability to lift and/or move and carry up to 10 pounds.
