Temp Concert Hall Workers for Summer:
Job Description
Acting as stagehand for concerts
Helping to set up and tear down stage for a wide variety of events in any of the Concert Halls
Supporting the stage manager on designated activities during shifts
Work as stage manager for events as designated by the Production Manager
Setting up basic lighting, sound, and video for events
Following stage plots and manager directions
Working as an Usher for designated events
Work with audience services/box office as needed
Minimum requirements::
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
Ability to remain calm while under pressure
Prior experience in stage management a plus
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent
Certification and Licensing:
Not Applicable
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes:
Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form.
Ability to handle difficult and stressful situations with professional composure.
Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships.
Ability to understand and follow instructions
