HR Coordinator at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in Danvers, Massachusetts

Job Description:

Our client, a healthcare technology company located in Danvers, MA, is seeking an HR Coordinator to join their team! This role is temporary for 4-6 months, onsite in Danvers MA, full time hours Monday through Friday, and is paying up to $33/hr, based on experience. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive daily pre hire reports and update appropriate trackers with any new information with extreme accuracy


• Create usernames within IT guidelines


• Send IT equipment ticket request


• Send IT credentials request report 2x weekly


• Partner with recruiting team to confirm new hires have cleared due diligence activities by determined date


• Partner with training and events team to ensure upcoming commercial new hires are enrolled in commercial training


• Connect new hires with appropriate points of contact (IT, Training, Payroll, HR) as questions come up post orientation


• Notify key onboarding teams (IT, Events, HR, Training) of any new hire status and start date changes


• Supporting HR initiatives and projects as needed
