POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Data Analyst role is responsible for collecting and analyzing data across the business to make informed decisions or assisting other team members and leadership in making sound choices. The position will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights. This professional will work closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and develop reports that organize and display data according to specifications.

2. Confidentiality and security are maintained regarding information systems assets.
3. Managing operating plans, priorities, projects, and other goals to ensure they are executed in a timely, efficient, and productive manner.
4. Maintaining agreements according to preset timelines for report requests, task assignments and project work; including keeping current with employee requests.
5. That all security and non-security upgrades/updates/patches to defined systems are thoroughly tested and implemented in a timely manner.
6. All activities are efficiently conducted, generally error free, and are completed following the appropriate policies, procedures, operational controls, and compliance controls.
7. Losses, errors, and risks are controlled and mitigated by adhering to all applicable policies and procedures.
8. Provide callback and after-hour support.
Specialized or Technical Knowledge and Skills:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or proven equivalent work experience.
2. Minimum of 2-4+ years professional experience.
3. Advanced knowledge in Structured Query Language.
4. Knowledge of data modeling and data warehousing.
5. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
6. Strong time management skills in technical environments and project management.
7. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and highly motivated.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
9. Ability to learn new technology and skills quickly.
10. Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
