Job Description:

Our Employee-Owned company has immediate full-time openings for a HVAC Controls Department Supervisor in the Southeast. This position will work within Industrial, Commercial, Healthcare, and Federal businesses and be part of an amazing and GROWING team! All positions are regular, full-time and benefits-eligible. Pay range depending on experience, skills, and knowledge.


This position will to manage safety, customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and sales to achieve 10% growth per year. This position will lead the sales effort for the department and continually prospect for new customers. Provide leadership to take charge of challenging projects, encourage teamwork, and supply the energy and enthusiasm to achieve company goals and objectives. Responsible for managing accounts directly and through subordinates and conduct business in accordance with MetroPower values.


Job Duties:
Forecast what is to be done on a weekly basis, when, and by whom.
Analyze and forecast factors that affect results to maximum efficiency.
Day-to-day planning and acquisition of materials and labor necessary to complete tasks at hand.
Ensure that customer schedules and deadlines must be adhered to and plant production must resume at or before customer's deadline, to maintain safety and quality standards.
Assure compliance of mandatory monthly reports.
