Job Description:

Ultimate Staffing is looking for Member Services Representatives for a client located in the Brentwood, TN area. Ideal candidates will have experience in answering large volumes of calls in a healthcare setting. Qualified candidates must have completed and earned an Associate's Degree or higher.




Job Title: Member Service Representative



Location: Brentwood, TN area (On-site)



Status: Temp to Hire



Schedule: Mon - Fri, Days; Start time is TBD



Compensation: $20.50/hr, raise to $21/hr when hired on



Start Date: First week of June, date tbd.



Overview:



• Member Services Reps assist customers with drug benefit related questions and all front-line inbound and outbound calls.


• Ensure all customers receive an excellent level of customer service.


• Follows established procedures, processes and standards for production, productivity, quality, and customer service.


• Meets specific performance targets for speed, efficiency, and quality.



Requirements:



• 1+ years of experience in a healthcare or pharmaceutical customer service/call center environment (excluding home healthcare).


• Associate's Degree or higher required


• Proven record of providing top customer service to customers.


• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
