Direct Hire - Field Service Technician With Crane Experience - Dalton Area



Ultimate Staffing is looking for an experienced Field Service Technician to join our client in the Dalton area. This position requires an individual who has mechanical aptitude, and is dependable, safety minded, and works well within a team environment.


Position requires extensive travel to client sites on the northern side of Atlanta.

• Pay range 28.00 to 38.00 per hour DOE



Job Responsibilities:



• Inspecting, repairing, and testing all manual - electric - pneumatic hoists to factory and OSHA requirements.


• Inspection & repair of Bridge Cranes.


• Operate and certify customer products (hoists, cranes, spreader beams, etc.).


• Provide repair estimates.


• Utilize Inspect all Hoist / Crane inspection software as required.


• Accurately complete service reports and other required documents.


• Able to work at great heights to complete a work order.


• Responsible to support multiple job site customer / facility engagements effectively.


Minimum Job Requirements/Qualifications:



• Associate degree in Industrial Electrical/Mechanical Technology or related field or equivalent vocational/technical training and experience is preferred.


• Knowledge of electrical testing equipment, (3-phase voltage) general hand tools, hoists, cranes, & slings.


• Math aptitude, computer literacy, troubleshooting, professional demeanor with the ability to be a team player.


• Ability to lift 75 - 100 pounds
