Position Overview:
The Integration Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our systems integration department. You'll provide crucial support for projects, sales, and business development initiatives, while also offering project estimating and support as part of our Project Team. This role requires a blend of leadership, professionalism, and technical expertise to ensure our team thrives.
Requirements:
Associate degree in technology or equivalent work experience (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
6+ years’ experience in the AV/IT industry leading project teams providing project management and/or project engineering support
at least 2 years in a management role
AVIXA CTS certification required within one year
Project Management Institute PMP certification preferred
CompTIA Network+ certification or equivalent preferred
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with project management software
Proficiency in using software, hand tools, and test equipment in the AV and IT trades
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Responsibilities:
Supervise systems integration department personnel, including payroll, expenses, and performance
Provide guidance and training on compliance with state contractor’s license requirements
Manage assigned project management and technical activities
Refine and implement department policies, procedures, and standards
Monitor operational efficiency to support sales growth and profitability
Ensure subcontractors meet company standards and contract requirements
Conduct employee reviews, implement training plans, and maintain certifications
Oversee compliance with safety requirements and industry best practices
Manage department tools, equipment, and vehicle assets
