Meet the team:



Dexcom is seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic and passionate team. The Data Solutions team is part of our Global Product Management team and is responsible for creating mobile and software solutions that drive best-in-class customer experience as we serve customer and business needs across Dexcom product lines.


This position will manage sustaining development for existing software features as well as leading the end-to-end product lifecycle management portfolio software solutions from ideation to launch and beyond.



Where you come in:



The Product Manager will focus on Nutrition features in our mobile apps. As a Product Manager for Nutrition Features, you will be pivotal in shaping the direction, development, and strategy of our mobile app's nutrition and other features.


You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including System Product Managers, Global Product Design, Market Research, Software Engineering, Marketing, Data Science, Behavioral Science, and more to create exceptional user experiences and ensure the success of our Software Products.

  • You will drive horizontal software feature implementation across the portfolio of products.


  • You will execute market research, analyze competitive analysis, and gather customer insights to inform product decisions.


  • You will collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into actionable use cases, user stories, and specifications.


  • You will prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on customer feedback, market trends, and business priorities.


  • You will ensure nutrition features mesh holistically with the other features and are future proofed against other products and roadmaps.


  • You will maintain contact and communication with internal, field-facing employees to ensure market communication.


  • You will define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives and customer needs.


  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.


  • You will monitor product performance and key metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive data-driven decision-making.


  • You will stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to diabetes management and nutrition.





What makes you successful:



  • You have 5+ years in product management or related field, preferably in mobile app feature development.


  • You have experience with JIRA and Confluence.


  • You have experience in the fields of Nutrition, Activity, or Health and Wellness.


  • You have experience defining product requirements and working with R&D to ensure development of products based on customer and business requirements.


  • You have experience working with data science teams and operationalization of algorithms.


  • You have proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and use influential leadership effectively with cross-functional partners and senior management.


  • You have strong presentation, influence, and communication skills.


  • You have the ability to work successfully with ambiguity and in fast-paced environments.


  • You have strong strategic and analytical skills to make data-informed decisions and develop effective product strategies.

Experience and Education Requirements:



  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 - 12 years of related experience.


  • At this level a graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience.





Remote Workplace: Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km). If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km) a hybrid working environment may be available. Ask about our Flex workplace option.
