- Serves as a liaison to ensure Owner's best interests are carried out.
- Ensure the project scope is carried out on time and according to budget.
- Assist with bidding processes, project mitigation, relocations, and more.
- Assist in obtaining necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory prerequisites.
- Assist with budget preparations and estimates based on scope of work and resource requirements.
- Assist with accounting invoice and expenditure requirements, costs in order to meet budget.
- Assist with consultant procurement and contract negotiations.
- Manage schematic design, design development & construction document stages.
- Assist with the GC procurement.
- Assist with FFE procurement.
Job Skills & QualificationsRequired:
- Minimum 7 years' experience as a construction Project Manager.
- Bachelor's degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
- Demonstrate knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principles.
- Strong knowledge of reading blueprints.
- Proficient in Procore, Auto-CAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.

Pay: From $190,000 - $250,000 per year
