Position Summary

The Sr. Manager, IBP&E Project Management will be responsible for managing the PMO within the Supply Chain, Integrated Business Planning & Execution organization, ensuring the organization is executing critical New Product, Cost Innovation, Business Continuity and Digital Transformation initiatives efficiently and effectively across the organization.

The successful candidate will be analytical and process oriented, and also effective at navigating change by influencing others within an organization. This role requires a high level of business acumen to understand project risks/implications, and strong leadership skills to advocate for solutions. The candidate will need to collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional business partners and be effective in building business relationships throughout all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities



  • New Product Introduction:



    • Lead project plans and timelines for route to market execution for new products across the Beer supply chain. This involves coordinating with the Advanced planning, product development, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure a smooth and efficient product launch, feeding critical timeline information into overarching Innovation Stage Gate process. 




    • Manage the integration of innovation of current products and materials into existing supply chain processes and systems.







  • Cost Innovation Projects:



    • Lead development and execution of detailed project plans to roll out critical Cost Innovation initiatives aimed at reducing costs and improving efficiency in the supply chain, as defined in the overarching Portfolio management and in conjunction with the Director, Strategic Implementation Global Procurement. Projects could involve innovation across packaging, optimizing logistics, or implementing process improvements.







  • Business Continuity Management:



    • Develop and implement execution plans across the IBP&E and corresponding Supply Chain Organizations to ensure the continuity of the supply chain during unforeseen events that encompass Crisis Management, Business Resumption and Disaster Recovery (Systems Recovery). This includes risk assessment, contingency planning, and coordinating with various stakeholders to minimize disruption and execute critical decisions as effectively and efficiently as possible. 




    • Collaborate with our Corporate Business Continuity/Corporate Crisis Management Group and executing within the guidelines of our established Corporate Business Continuity/Crisis Management Policies and Procedures.







  • Digital Transformation:



    • Guide and coach Product Owners and Process Owners to executing digital transformation roll outs and activities across the supply chain. This could involve project plans geared toward implementing new technologies, digitizing processes, and leveraging data analytics to improve supply chain performance.







  • Stakeholder Management:



    • Establish cross-functional relationships, organizing team member input (ex.: Brewery Operations, Planning, Category Management & Marketing) for new projects, ensuring key stakeholders have a voice at the table within the working team. This will also involve building relationship throughout all levels of the organization.




    • Responsible for providing executive presentations and reporting to BLT, Supply Chain Leadership and/or entire Supply Chain team.







  • Given this newly created role within the organization, this individual will be responsible for developing comprehensive, repeatable play books for each of the above areas, to drive standards, quality and organization of executing projects across the organization.  This will include defining performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of supply chain factors, such as product cost and/or quality, promoting an environment of objective and timely feedback, and ensuring projects adhere to process frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.  Responsibilities will also expand to change management across all critical stakeholder groups within the organization to adhere to newly established processes and/or project plans.



Minimum Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years in Supply Chain required and 5+ years of experience with project management.




  • PMP certification required.




  • Certification as either a Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) or a Certificate of the Business Continuity Institute (CBCI)




  • Proven knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the Beverage Alcohol industry.




  • Proven knowledge and understanding of standard project management practices, technology and supporting industry principles.




  • Familiarity with project management tools and platforms

The salary range for this role is:


$108,600.00 - $169,900.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
