Arc70 is seeking an Administrative Assistant to manage the operations of the Burlingame headquarters. Candidates should have 2-4+ years of relevant work experience.
Responsibilities
Calendar management-manage the partners' daily schedule, coordinate external and internal meeting logistics, proactively address conflicts and understand priorities
Coordinate domestic and international travel
Own office operations and reception-improve the office space by proactively making decisions on vendors, design, and other special projects
Lead, drive, and execute onsite and offsite team events, including conferences, dinners, retreats, and special events
Anticipate the partners' needs and assemble the appropriate people and resources to solve problems independently
Bring new ideas and creative solutions for improving operational processes and handle confidential information with discretion
Identify and fill in gaps for the firm's operations and HR department
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Proficient in both Google and Microsoft Suite
Comfortable troubleshooting technology issues in conjunction with our IT team
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills
Motivation to deliver and passion to grow a business and its operations
