Build a road map for Automation & Continuous improvement to TCoE. Primary point of contact for customer.
Responsible for managing all aspects of planning and delivering diverse simple to medium complexity IT projects Tracks the execution of project deliverables on a daily basis and participates in requirements gathering.
Establishes scope of work based on client inputs and business needs and is responsible for estimating budget and effort of the project.
Independently leads mid-sized projects and ensures stakeholder buy-in Establishes and maintains a project communication plan.
Defines phase deliverables, tracks milestones and incurred expenses versus planned expenses, schedules resources, evaluates risks and highlights dependencies Collects and analyses project metrics.
Should be able to navigate and step in ambiguous situations and manage stakeholder expectations Works with Architects, Designers, Senior Testers and Business Analysts at a technological and functional level, to ensure that the solution meets business needs Must have prior experience of working in a leadership role and has managed at least 1 or 2 mid-sized projects (11-30 FTE projects).
Has experience working across projects involving multiple process interfaces, multiple functions/sites, and overall medium to high risk.
Skill Set:
Strong experience in test & project management.
Should have managed onsite-offshore team.
Good experience in complex ERP (Oracle) implementation & support projects.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Good experience in handling steerco meeting and preparing management reports ( MBRs/QBRs).
Strong experience in latest testing methodologies / tools / process.
Good knowledge on Industry best solutions/tools in testing space ( Test management tools, automation , framework , process ).
Strong team management skills.
Must have worked in testing spac for more than 15 years.
