Requirements:
2+ years of experience in agile development, business analysis, or as a product owner.
Profound understanding of agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
Strong work ethic, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail in managing risks or issues.
Capability to prioritize tasks and deliverables effectively.
Understanding of current technical architecture and designs.
Ability to influence and collaborate with others to achieve desired outcomes.
Excellent communication skills, adept at articulating complex technical and functional concepts to diverse audiences.
Proficiency in testing and validating functionality as a proxy for business and technical teams.

Experience with SCRUM or SAFe methodologies.

Experience in documenting as-is and to-be process flows using BPMN and narratives.
Previous exposure to a Data Governance environment.
