The Client Service Specialist works closely and collaboratively with the Retirement, Health & Wealth Account Manager and internal service team to ensure service deliverables meet and exceed client expectations. The CSS serves as one of the clients' main point of contact for any benefit- related service needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Effectively and efficiently services complex accounts and high-level service deliverables
Completes proposals and prepares enrollment packages for new participants
Assists in scheduling enrollment appointments for Consultants
Completes new business applications and submits to carriers for approval
Ensures all new participant and policy information is added to CRM and imaged into appropriate file

Ability to quickly learn new processes and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Must be self-motivated and disciplined
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Possess strong organizational skills
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
Ability to work well as a self-starter, both independently and as part of a team
High degree of responsibility and autonomy
Education, Training and Experience
Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel, required
2+ years' experience in account management or in a consultative role, preferred
Life and Health license (2-15), preferred or with willingness to obtain
