The position requires daily interaction with various broker-dealers, internal branch networks, other Operations groups, and technology teams. The position requires learning the function and products regarding the transfer process in order to become a Subject Matter Expert. The employee will have the opportunity to analyze and improve processes. The team provides exposure to a multitude of financial products and will assist in establishing or further developing a career within Operations at the firm
Primary Responsibilities include providing ACAT (Deliver and Receive) processing support to all Branches, answering case/phone inquiries from the branches and telephone inquiries for broker-dealer firms, provide support to outsourced vendor, escalate any issues accordingly and set expectations for the branches throughout the ACAT process, and participate in team meetings to share best practices and volume trends. Organizational skills, efficient communication, ability to multitask, attention to detail and a readiness to escalate issues with a sense of urgency are of importance for this position.
