Environmental Technician at ManpowerGroup in Inglewood, California

Job Description:

Join Clean Earth, a leading provider of environmental services, in the role of Environmental Technician. As part of our team, you'll contribute to environmental sustainability efforts by removing hazardous materials from the waste stream. This physically demanding role involves lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, operating equipment, and completing documentation in compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Consolidate, treat, store, transport, and/or dispose of hazardous waste.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment to move containers.
• Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Available for multiple shifts.

Qualifications:

Basic Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds throughout the workday.
• Comfortable standing and walking on uneven surfaces.
• Visual acuity and depth perception for safe operation of equipment.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and wear required personal protective equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in warehouse or manufacturing.
• Basic computer skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules.
