• RN, preferred; LPN accepted
• RN - ASN from an accredited nursing program and Current RN Virginia state license
• LPN - Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program and have an active LPN license in the state of Virginia
• 2 years of nursing experience
• LTC and previous MDS experience is preferred
• Leadership skills
• Ability to make decisions independently
• Ability to communicate with a variety of people
