Job Description:

Senior Field Representative Support at Ricoh operates at a technology solution level, independently managing product and service offerings within designated business support areas. This role involves configuring, installing, troubleshooting, networking, and maintaining products, as well as providing training and support to customers. Additionally, the specialist proactively seeks business opportunities to enhance Ricoh's utilization and engages in problem-solving to improve methods.


Responsibilities:


Technical:

  • Perform product specialist solution services including configuring, installing, troubleshooting, networking, maintaining, and training.
  • Conduct product repair, customer training, equipment observation, and engage in problem-solving to improve methods.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for volume building with Ricoh equipment, supplies, and services.
  • Assemble, adjust, maintain products according to specifications and provide expertise on equipment operations.


Customer Services:

  • Maintain professional relationships with customers and Ricoh personnel.
  • Understand and promote Ricoh's support functions and offerings to anticipate and manage customer needs.


Workload Management:

  • Manage own time and schedule effectively.
  • Execute workload management and call handling procedures efficiently.


Administrative:

  • Adhere to company policies and complete administrative tasks accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain required logs, processes, reports, and car stock/customer on-site inventory as assigned.


Results:

  • Achieve expected productivity levels associated with assigned workload.
  • Actively participate in Ricoh Extra Value program opportunities and bill accordingly.

Qualifications:


  • Valid state driver's license and minimum auto insurance coverage.
  • High school diploma; additional classes and experience in computers, electronics, mechanics, basic network, and printing software desired.
  • Certification as per Ricoh's Technology Services Training Role Inventory and Certification Program.
