Hot Die Forging Technician (2nd Shift) at ManpowerGroup in Irvine, California

Job Description:

ATI, a global manufacturer of specialty materials and components, seeks a Forging Technician in Irvine, CA. This role supports the forging process for jet engine components by assisting press operators and ensuring quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare metal stock, position on hot dies, and extract forgings.
• Complete quality assurance and part tracking documentation.
• Prepare thermocouple wiring and operate a forklift safely.
• Other duties as assigned.

Hourly pay rate: $23.00 to $28.00 per hour.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic math proficiency and ability to follow written instructions.
• Capability for heavy lifting and commitment to safety.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous related experience, forklift operation, or quality assurance knowledge.
• Mechanical aptitude is advantageous.
